What it measures
Mesh health, graded
Border-router coverage, routing depth, link quality and partition state, resolved into plain-language grades instead of raw counters — for the mesh as a whole and for every device on it.
One device, one identity
The same physical device shows up under a different name in every app you own. Threadlytics matches them on stable hardware identifiers — not by guessing from names.
Topology you can walk
A live map of routers, end devices and the links between them — plus the full protocol path for any single device, layer by layer.

Threadlytics discovers Thread border routers on your network, reads Matter diagnostics from your devices through Apple Home, and correlates everything it learns into one picture of your home.
Scans keep that picture honest. The Overview shows exactly how fresh your data is, and a quick scan runs automatically when you come back to the app — the mesh changes even when you aren't looking.
Every claim in the app is tied to evidence: where a fact came from, which source reported it, and when it was last confirmed.
Assistant
Ask it about your own house.
The assistant runs on your device and answers only from a snapshot of your actual network — not from the internet, and not from a guess about smart homes in general.
When an answer uses your home data it says so, and it names the devices it drew on. No account, and no transcript leaving your phone.

Home Assistant and SmartThings are opt-in enhancements that add detail when you already run them; SmartThings is subject to current SmartThings API availability. Local-only mode is a first-class mode, not a setting buried three screens deep.

Threadlytics ships with App Intents: ask Siri for your home health score, list the devices that need attention, or hear what changed since the last scan — without opening the app.
In the Shortcuts app, Threadlytics devices are first-class objects with score, grade, reachability and transport — so you can build automations like “every morning, if anything is unreachable, notify me.”
